Support AE slow automatic response function*
The FCB-CX1000P supports a slow auto exposure response function that automatically reduces the speed at which the exposure level of the camera module changes.
When “Full Auto Exposure” or “Priority (Shutter/Aperture)” mode is selected, the speed can be set to a maximum of 32 times slower. This feature is useful in surveillance areas where lighting conditions suddenly change.For example, if a camera or a dome camera integrated with an FCB camera module is used to monitor traffic at night, when the headlights are directly on the camera, its exposure level is slowly lowered.
This allows the user to see the more important positions in the picture near the lights, such as the license plate or the driver’s face.
Automatic IR Filter Removal (ICR)
In order to optimize the sensitivity of the camera module during nighttime and daytime shooting, they have an automatic infrared filter removal function. When set to dark level, the IR filter will automatically fail (ICR is on) and the IR sensitivity will increase; conversely, when set to Brightness level, the filter will take effect automatically (ICR is off). The ICR function automatically adjusts to the ambient brightness level so that the camera module can shoot seamlessly under a variety of different lighting conditions.
Support privacy zone masking*
For parts that are not needed or prohibited in the picture, they can be accurately masked. When the FCB-CX1000P is integrated into the PTZ camera system, this technology can interlock the shadow area with the pan/tilt movement regardless of the camera module angle.
